VectorCare, a healthcare logistics platform, partnered with us to optimize their entire customer lifecycle journey—from lead conversion to user adoption and long-term retention. Over the past year, we worked across multiple stages of their funnel, ensuring that both new leads and existing users received the right engagement at the right time.

Our work started with building a lead nurture engine inside HubSpot that successfully converts almost half of inbound leads into booked demo calls for the sales team. But we didn’t stop there. After users came onto the platform, we implemented a customer engagement platform (CEP) using Customer.io to drive adoption, retention, and long-term customer lifetime value.

The goal was to create a seamless, automated system that nurtures leads into customers and ensures they stay engaged long-term.

Execution

VectorCare needed more than just a basic automation setup—they needed an intelligent, full-funnel engagement engine that could convert leads efficiently while also driving long-term user retention. We designed a system that not only nurtured leads to book demos but also guided new users into active, engaged customers.

  • Lead nurture automation – We built a HubSpot nurture engine that uses behavioral triggers to enroll leads in workflows, sending personalized emails that guide them toward booking a demo with the sales team.
  • Intelligent email sequences – Instead of generic follow-ups, we structured email workflows based on lead activity, ensuring that engaged leads received high-intent messaging while colder leads were gradually nurtured over time.
  • Onboarding and adoption automation – Once users signed up, we transitioned them into a Customer.io-powered onboarding and engagement sequence, helping them take key actions on the platform.
  • Retention and lifetime value growth – Using customer activity data, we deployed targeted engagement campaigns to drive continued usage and prevent churn, reinforcing platform value and maximizing customer lifetime value.

Project results

The impact of these automations has been significant. The lead nurture engine now converts nearly half of all leads into booked demo calls, ensuring a steady flow of sales opportunities. Beyond acquisition, the customer engagement platform increased user activity rates significantly, directly driving revenue growth. With seamless automation across HubSpot and Customer.io, VectorCare now has a highly scalable system that nurtures leads, improves adoption, and strengthens retention without requiring manual intervention.
