US Global Mail, a virtual mailbox service, partnered with us to build a fully automated lead capture and nurture engine inside HubSpot. Their challenge? Leads were entering the system from multiple sources, but there was no streamlined way to organize, qualify, and nurture them toward sales.

We designed and implemented a HubSpot automation framework that:

  • Captured and organized all inbound leads, regardless of source, into a structured deal board inside HubSpot.
  • Built workflow automations that sent targeted emails based on lead stage, keeping leads engaged and progressing down-funnel.
  • Drove qualified leads to sales, ensuring that marketing-generated leads weren’t just sitting idle in the system.

The result? 20% of engaged marketing leads were converted into sales-qualified leads, fueling an increase in demos, sales, and overall revenue growth.

US Global Mail needed a structured, data-driven lead nurture engine that could efficiently convert marketing leads into revenue. Instead of relying on manual follow-ups, we designed an automation system inside HubSpot that streamlined lead capture, organization, and progression through the funnel.

  • Lead capture automation – We built an ingestion system that automatically added leads from every source (website forms, paid campaigns, referrals) directly into HubSpot.
  • Deal board organization – We structured a visual deal board that categorized leads based on their engagement level, allowing for clearer prioritization of sales-ready prospects.
  • Automated email sequences – We created workflow automations that triggered emails based on lead stage, delivering the right messaging at the right time to keep leads moving forward.
  • Sales qualification & conversion – With nurture sequences in place, the system automatically delivered 20% of engaged marketing leads as sales-qualified leads to the sales team, ensuring they focused only on the most promising prospects.

Project results

By automating lead capture, organization, and follow-up, we significantly improved funnel efficiency and lead progression. Marketing-generated leads were no longer stalling in the system—20% of engaged leads were converted into sales-qualified opportunities, leading to a substantial increase in demos, closed deals, and revenue growth.
